We have discussed having a “Tail-Off” for lack of a better word. We are going to reach out into the Special Effects community for judges to come. They will judge any and all tails, shell bras, bracers and anything you can dream up and make. Having crowned Mer-Queens, Kings, Princesses, and so on, this year we will crown the “2015 International Tail-maker(s) of the Year.” The winning title will receive 5 gallons of silicone from Smooth-On which will be mailed out to the winner’s home after Merfest. Those interested in competing can now download the official entry form. The first milestone of the competition is due by March 31, 2014. The entry form should be mailed to:
